Payment
Terms:
Individual Travelers:
- 75% of total bill must be paid upon confirmation by bank transfer,
The other 25% upon arrival to Egypt in CASH basis.
Groups:

25% must be paid on confirmation by bank transfer.

25% 21 days prior to the arrival date.

50% the rest of amount will be paid upon arrival.
Children:
-
Children till 2 years old will be charged only 10% of domestic airfare.

Children between 2-12 years old will be charged 50% of total as an adult
person.
- Children over 12 years old will be charged as an adult person.

Refund
Terms:
Individual Travelers:
- 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fees.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of total bill.
Groups:
- 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees.
- 29 days before arrival: 25% of total bill will be charged
as a cancellation fees.
- 15 days before arrival: 50% of total bill will be charged
as a cancellation fees.
- 100% will be charged as a cancellation fees in case of no
show.
